K Sharp is leading Human Factors Integration (HFI) within the Through Life Services domain of the Global Combat Air Programme (GCAP). Our role ensures that human performance, maintainability, safety, training, and operational effectiveness are embedded across the full system lifecycle — not treated as an afterthought.
By integrating Human Factors from early concept through in-service support and future capability evolution, K Sharp is helping to shape a combat air system that is usable, supportable, resilient, and optimised for the people who operate, maintain, and sustain it.
