K Sharp played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of the TIN 2.014 Task 1 project, in which they were the technical lead. The project was carried out as part of the Defence Human Capability Science and Technology Centre (www.dhcstc.com), and the team comprised of SVGC, MKCTS, Aspire Consulting, and K Sharp.
The project was initiated following a MOD-Sponsored Competition, and its objective was to gain a better understanding of the role of prior developmental experience in enhancing training and education. BAE Systems (Operations) Limited sub-contracted K Sharp Ltd to carry out the 11-month project, which was delivered in partnership with BAE Systems.
As the technical lead for the project, K Sharp played a crucial role in developing an effective approach to achieve the project's objectives. Their expertise in training and education, coupled with their practical approach to project management, ensured that the project was delivered on time and within budget.
Working closely with the other members of the project team, K Sharp was able to deliver a project that met the needs and expectations of the end-users. The project's findings will be invaluable to the development of future training and education programmes.
